Good morning San Felipe. After a horrible rain storm last night, it’s beautiful and sunny, but a bit cloudy. This is just a short posting to let you know I’m back on line and I’ll be posting something each day. My grandson’s third birthday party is tomorrow in Chelan, so I’m on my way over the mountains to see my babies. I have no idea what’s going on tonight in San Felipe, other than Mac n Nan are doing their normal Karaoke show; and to be perfectly honest, I don’t know what else is going on, but I’m sure you all do. It’s rather difficult to write about what’s going on when I’m not there, but that will soon be remedied. I miss my dogs a lot and can’t wait to see my darling six little puppies which are moving within the week after I return. I’ve just finished reading our Late Breaking News on www.sanfelipe.com.mx so if you haven’t already taken the time to do that, it’s very interesting.
Howdy strangers! I realize I haven’t posted in awhile, but I haven’t had an Internet connection for my laptop. At least you got to see the video of Tijuana, the video of the 200th anniversary from independence from Spain and 100th year since the revolution and, of course, MrRagtime’s column. I feel like I’ve been gone for months, but it’s really only been 17 days and other than the same entertainment each week, the only thing I really missed was the celebration at the ball field – I really wanted to go to it this year. Oh well, maybe next year. I had a very nice time in Newton, Iowa with my boyfriend, Michael Joseph Craig, who took the time off of work, so we were able to spend the entire time together. How sweet it is! Now, back to reality and my job of writing this column which brings me to whining again. I really don’t like to whine (that’s a lie) but sometimes, it’s just not possible. So, I’m going to do it anyway. Honestly, it’s not that easy to write seven days a week and include photos, etc., and only write about San Felipe. When you read this posting, maybe you’ll appreciate me a little more if I only post every 17 days. I’m just kidding. Sunset in Newton by Kat.
